A:InBlack Escape is the first immersive escape in Canada and themed with Sound effects and visual effects. We don't like the traditional puzzle-solving escape, we feature professional NPCs, Micro deduction(act), and a whole storyline. Realistic scenes, clever mechanisms, and the excitement of our NPCs takes players with a rich sensory experience.
A: We have different escape missions ranging from 90-120 minutes to choose from.
A: Ensuring your safety is our utmost priority! Our games are crafted with distinct entrances and exits. The entrance will always remain unlocked, and also walkie us any time,we will allow you to exit the room at any stage of the game. Crawling may be necessary in certain games. Participation is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, anxiety disorders, pregnancy, and other physical disabilities.
A:Under 13: Not allowed to enter the escape room. 13 to 16: Must be accompanied by an adult. 16 to 18: Requires a guardian's signature or consent to enter.
A: NPC stands for "Non-Player Character. In the theme but not playing with the players. Sometimes providing information, offering quests.
A: Yes! In some of our themes, there are NPCs that may provide scares to players. Therefore, all players are strictly prohibited from assaulting or verbally abusing our staff. Remember, our staff reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason.
A: We have a minimum and a maximum number of players based on the selected escape room, ranging from 2 to 10 players. You may refer to the game information page or our other media page for details.
A: We recommend wearing casual and comfortable clothing. It's advisable to avoid high heels and short skirts, for instance.
A: We have lockers, and the lockers will be provided before the game.
A: Our games are undeniably challenging! Feel free to request hints through the provided walkie-talkies whenever you find it necessary.
A: It really depends. Some health conditions may pose considerable safety risks. If you have a pace-maker, severe heart condition, epilepsy, claustrophobia, or pregnancy, we DO NOT recommend. If you have a physical disability which makes standing, crawling, or climbing difficult, please let our staff know before participating. We want to make sure that you're playing a game that is both safe and accommodating.
A: No. Having a clear mind actually makes this activity more enjoyable. We also do not tolerate substance abuse and have zero tolerance attempting to participate while under the influence of any mind-altering drug other than caffeine or prescribed medication. Remember, our staff reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason.
A: No photos and videos are allowed. Cameras/Cellphones are not allowed in the room. Lockers will be provided for your personal belongings. But, when you are at the lobby, feel free to do it.

A:No, food and water are not allowed to be brought inside.Our escape room is equipped with various mechanisms and circuits. For everyone's safety, please DO NOT bring water and food into the escape room."

A: An excellent question! We've implemented cameras inside the rooms to ensure everyone's safety. If we observe any violation of this rule, you or the entire group will be required to leave the room immediately. No refunds will be issued.
